Bari PDX Food Cart Portland BLT Week 2019

The Bari PDX Food Cart specializes a wonderful street food found in the Italian city of Bari – Panzerotto. Chef Trifone Walter Ferrante grew up in Bari and he knows the secrets to making this dish.

For those who don’t know – Panzerotto is a savory fried turnover and the most common fillings are tomato and mozzarella.
