If you love BLTs you are going to love the Smash Burger BLT that Chef Don Salamone will be serving this week at both Dig A Pony, and at the Burger Stevens Food Cart located at Pioneer Courthouse Square.

The Smash Burger BLT has a 2 oz. smash patty, green leaf lettuce, bacon, super thick cut heirloom tomatoes, American cheese, and lovey dovey green awesome sauce.

Chef Salamone’s “lovey dovey green awesome sauce” is made with mayo, ranch dressing, roasted garlic, herb puree, black pepper, and lemon juice.
