Gigi’s Café – Portland BLT Week 2017

Chef Michael Susak has put together a terrific triple-decker BLT for Portland BLT Week 2017! Come by Gigi’s Cafe in SW Portland and enjoy it!

The Big Mike BLT is a triple decker sandwich and it has Baker and Spice bread, thick-cut tomatoes, ¼ inch cut apple wood bacon, iceberg lettuce, mayo, house pickled onions, and Russian dressing.

This terrific BLT is serve with Yukon gold French fries, and a pickle spear.
