Vagabond on Lombard – Portland BLT Week 2017
Chef Jason Barnett has created an amazing BLT for Portland BLT Week 2017!
The Vagabond Portland BLT Week BLT was crafted with Italian Como bread from Philippe’s Bread, oven baked, cayenne candied, Carlton Farms slab bacon from Nicky USA, Hass avocado, butter lettuce, Gruyere cheese, herb aioli, and thick cut beefsteak tomatoes.
The Buffala Negra is a wonderful cocktail they have at Vagabond and they are pairing it with the above-mentioned BLT.
The Buffala Negra has Bull Run Bourbon, balsamic, Imbue Bittersweet Vermouth, ginger beer, and basil and it is fantastic!
